How to write Event log using Powershell instead of file log

First you need admin privilege to write to EVENT LOG

New-EventLog will be used to create the Log in event viewer. It expects Event name and Sources as parameters

Write-EventLog will be used to Write the log to event viewer

Get-EventLog will be used to get the results from existing event log history

New-EventLog -LogName TestLog -Source JobStart, JobCompleted, Remark 

Write-EventLog -LogName TestLog -Source JobStart -EntryType Information -EventId 1 -
Message 'This could be a Event Log description.'
